A VISIONARY WHO BRINGS JOY

Bringing people joy: for Claas-Henrik Anklam, this credo means far more than preparing food—it means connecting tradition with innovation, creativity, and vision.

After training as a chef at the Michelin-starred Georgenhof in Hanover, Claas-Henrik Anklam’s path led him in 1996 to Landhaus Scherrer, which he went on to run for many years as head chef. Between 2006 and 2012, he operated Tarantella with two partners, before opening his first own restaurant, HENRIKS, in 2013.

Ten years later, with CLAAS, Claas-Henrik Anklam opens not only the doors to his second restaurant, but also the doors to his heart. Because CLAAS embodies everything that defines him: devotion to the creative craft of cooking, passion for his guests, and a long-standing, family-like bond with his team—enabling him to live his credo of bringing joy at CLAAS too: for the beautiful moment of a good meal, and beyond.
